This Privacy Policy describes how Shenzhen Xing'an Fanrui Technology Co., Ltd., operating vornelumi.com, collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you browse, purchase, or contact us. We are the controller for the processing described here, except where a service provider acts independently under its own privacy notice.

Information includes your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order and transaction details, customer service correspondence, and preferences. Payment providers process payment credentials; we receive the transaction information needed to manage orders. Please do not send us full card numbers or security codes by email.

Our operator is based in China. Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries. Where required, transfers are subject to safeguards prescribed by applicable law. We use reasonable organizational and technical protections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

The store is intended for adults making purchases and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
