1. Operator and Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of vornelumi.com and purchases from Shenzhen Xing'an Fanrui Technology Co., Ltd. (we, us, or our). Review these Terms and the linked shipping, return, and privacy policies before placing an order. Purchasers must be of legal age to enter a contract in their jurisdiction, or act with appropriate authorization.

2. Products and Prices

We sell home organization and storage products. Product descriptions, dimensions, and images describe the relevant item; screen colors and manual measurements may vary. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise clearly indicated. Charges, discounts, available shipping methods, and applicable taxes are presented before payment. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order. Product availability may change.

3. Orders, Payment, and Corrections

Provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and use an authorized payment method. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we will contact you if an item is unavailable or if there is a material pricing or description error. We will not impose an increased price on an existing order without your agreement. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled purchase. We may refuse fraudulent or unlawful orders, subject to applicable law.

4. Shipping, Changes, and Cancellation

See our Shipping Policy for processing time, delivery estimates, and current published rates. Contact service@vornelumi.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible; eligible returns remain available. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation and refund choices required by applicable law.

5. Returns and Consumer Rights

Our voluntary return window is 180 days from delivery, subject to the unused, unassembled, and original-packaging conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. This is not an unrestricted product trial. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming goods are handled separately, and nothing in these policies limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Privacy and Website Use

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, or unlawfully collect others’ information. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping; copying or exploiting protected content requires permission unless applicable law permits it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the site or products. No provision excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable obligations for product conformity, fraud, or injury. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them. Please contact us first so we can seek to resolve a dispute. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law; no mandatory consumer forum rights are waived.

10. Updates and Contact
